DHZ-680/880全自動(dòng)書(shū)型盒組裝機，是我公司研發(fā)一次成型高精度書(shū)型盒組裝機，主要用于手機盒以及手機鋼化膜的包裝盒、眼影盒、戒指盒和一些高檔禮品盒的組裝成型。

●機器使用簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便、性能穩定、更換產(chǎn)品調試時(shí)間短、好學(xué)易懂,對操作人員要求不高。
◆獨創(chuàng )的打膠配方可噴任意圖形,系統自帶記憶儲存功能,做過(guò)的產(chǎn)品可直接調取,對位即可
開(kāi)機,無(wú)需重新編輯打膠配方。
◆組裝速度快、定位準、誤差范圍在+0.3mm , 平均時(shí)速可達600 ~ 2000個(gè)，深受?chē)鴥韧饪蛻?hù)的一致好評。
◆為防止產(chǎn)品在高溫狀態(tài)下移位、開(kāi)裂，可另配冷膠系統,起到保質(zhì)保量的效果<熱膠定位,冷膠加固>。
◆對于- -些對稱(chēng)型眼影盒產(chǎn)品及其他產(chǎn)品,可增加一把噴槍,采用雙槍頭，同時(shí)打膠定位,可大大提高效率。
◆本機的電氣系統全部采用統一進(jìn)口電氣,形成完美結合，使系統運行更加穩定、可靠。

◆The machine is simple to use, easy to operate, stable performance,

◆The original gluing formula can be sprayed with arbitrary graphics,
the system has memory storage function, the product can be directlyadjusted,
can be turned on in place, without re- editing the gluing formula.
◆Fast assembling speed, accurate positioning, error range in (+0.3
mm), the average speed can reach 600-2000, well received by domesticand foreign
customers.
◆In order to prevent the products from shifting and cracking at high
temperature, a cold glue system can be added to ensure the quality andquantity
of the products.
◆For some symmetrical eye shadow box products and other products, a
spray gun can be added, with double guns head and glue location,which can
greatly improve efficiency.
◆The electrical system of this machine adopts unified imported
electrical, forming a perfect combination, so that the system runs morestable
and reliable.
